Aspen Parkrun

Every Saturday, the Aspen Recreation department hosts weekly 5K timed runs. The course follows the High School Trail through the school district to the Marolt Open Space, continues over the Castle Creek foot bridge, and then returns. Get ready to ride at the Aloha Shaka Cross Series race this Sunday in Carbondale. 

Aloha Shaka Cross Series
8:30 a.m.–2 p.m., Roaring Fork High School, Carbondale     
Cyclocross involves riding on grass, pavement, and dirt over a closed course of 1 to 2 miles, with obstacles that require riders to dismount and shoulder their bikes. Racers complete as many laps as possible during the given time for each category.
