Your 2019 Aspen/Snowmass Fall Off-Season Dining Guide

What’s open, what’s closed, and where the discounts are—in one handy spot.

By Aspen Sojourner Staff October 16, 2019

Find this spiced Texas quail with bacon jalapeño honey at Tatanka Western Bistro.

Ah, Aspen's quiet season, when it's easy to find a parking spot, you recognize more people than not on your hikes, and pretty much everyone takes a collective recovery breath. The one zen interrupter is that many restaurants close their doors for a much-needed break before the winter season begins, meaning deciding where to eat out can feel like a game of chance.

Thankfully, though, a surprising number of good options exist; plus, this can be a great excuse to try somewhere new. Many places also offer tempting discounts and special menus.

Here, we compiled the full Aspen and Snowmass rundown of what’s open, what’s closed, and where to find discounts—all in one place. Did we miss one? Let us know!

*Please note this list is not ranked, but in alphabetical order, and all specials are subject to change. Always ask your server to confirm offers.
