Aspenites love any excuse to dress up, and not just in couture clothing. Case in point is Halloween and the great lengths residents of all ages go to when bringing their alter egos to life. The Aspen Volunteer Fire Department kicked off the fun with its afternoon Boo Bash for kids at the fire station. Come evening, a raucous celebration for the 21+ crowd took place at supper club 7908, which hosted a "Suffer Club" benefit to raise money for both the fire department and Mountain Rescue Aspen. Guests enjoyed ghoulish decorations set up by EKS Events, themed food and drinks, and dancing well into the night.
