The former hangout of late resident Hunter S. Thompson is an eclectic spot festooned with Gonzo memorabilia and historical and Western bric-a-brac; it’s the ideal spot for a mid-bike ride margarita or après bite. The pub-style menu includes shrimp ceviche, enchiladas, burgers, pork green chile, and steak. Note that it’s cash only, though there is an on-site ATM.
