Aspen Filmfest

Aspen Film returns from a quiet summer for its 39th annual Aspen Filmfest with an abbreviated program featuring 20 narrative and documentary films from the international festival circuit. Walk-up to most screenings over the weekend, but grab tickets in advance for the always anticipated Surprise Film (Sunday, 8:15 p.m.).

Saturday, September 24
Sustainable Buildings Bike Ride
10:30 a.m.–3 p.m., Rocky Mountain Institute
The U.S. Green Building Council's Roaring Fork Branch hosts their annual fall tour through the RMI Innovation Center, the Element Hotel, community gardens, and Habitat for Humanity's ReStore. featuring guest speakers along the way. Bikes are provided if you don't have your own.

Join Aspen native and executive producer of Harry & Snowman Karin Reid Offield, which screens at the Wheeler Opera House on September 28, for a reading and discussion from the book the award-winning documentary was based on.
No Man's Land Film Festival

All genders are welcome at this celebration of all-female adventure films. After a year on the road, No Man's Land launches a new tour with an action-packed night of babes, beer, and breaking boundaries.
