Aspen does Halloween damn good. As the last weekend before half of town shuts down for the next month, it’s a rare holiday that locals have mostly to themselves to let loose like no other. The notorious party scene starts tonight and doesn’t stop until the wee hours Tuesday morning (technically), so here’s an all-Halloween agenda to chart your bar-hopping course. Safety might be third, but if you’re drinking or toking, don’t drive. Call a cab, support the non-profit “Free Rides for People Who Need Them” (970-319-2714), or get weird in the Ultimate Taxi.
