Everyone's fully recovered from the X Games, right? For some, the first weekend in February means one thing: Super Bowl Sunday. Most every bar and restaurant in town will have the game on the big screen and plenty of hot wings, but we're skiing Snowmass and heading straight to the new slope side Slow Groovin' BBQ for their special Super Bowl feast ($35 per person, reservations required). Tonight, Aspen Youth Center says so long "Spell What" and starts a new tradition with Family Feud Aspen—an annual fundraiser Aspen Sojourner is proud to support. Friday, February 3

Ullr Nights 
5 p.m., Snowmass Mountain
Bundle up and ride the Snowmass gondola to some family-friendly snow play, including lift-served tubing ($34 per hour; reserve in advance), free ice skating, free snowshoe tours, snowbiking ($69 guided rides for ages 12 and up, free minibikes for younger kids), and climbing on a massive snow sculpture. Family Feud Aspen

The Aspen Youth Center’s annual fundraiser gets a makeover this year with a new format: teams of well-known locals go head-to-head in a Family Feud–style game show. $160, aspenyouthcenter.org

Protect Our Winters Action Summit

Nordic Bonfire Dinner

Live Music with Evergreen Grass Band
