Summer Skiing & Sightseeing

Thanks to an 18-inch storm cycle last week, 130 acres of mountaintop terrain will open for skiing and riding on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The Silver Queen Gondola will operate from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. for sightseeing, and the Ajax Express chairlift will run from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. for laps on Ajax’s upper blue runs as well as black runs like Summit and Blondie’s. Aspen Snowmass 2016–17 season passes are valid, $42 daily lift tickets, $21 daily sightseeing tickets, aspensnowmass.com
