Aspen Parkrun

Every Saturday, the Aspen Recreation department hosts weekly 5K timed runs. The course will follow the High School Trail through the school district to the Marolt Open Space, continue over the Castle Creek foot bridge, and then return. Roaring Fork Conservancy Beginner Adult Fly Fishing Clinic

Dandelion Day
Parade at 10, Carbondale
The bawdy dandelion is Carbondale’s town flower. And 20 years ago, Carbondale residents got the town to stop spraying herbicide at parks and playgrounds. That has now grown into a festival to celebrate spring and sustainability, with a parade, more than 50 vendors, organic plants, live music and a beer tent. Free

Basalt High School Paint the Town/Run for Hope
