Now in its second year, the event sees participants sipping the handiwork of mixology magicians, including Tony Abou-Ganim and the James Beard–awarded Kim Haasarud, at grand tastings from 3 to 6 p.m. Private tastings of premium spirits and cocktail-and-food-pairing dinners occur on Friday and Saturday nights, and the whole shaken-and-stirred shindig concludes with the Great Après-Ski Pub Crawl in downtown Aspen on Sunday—seven specialty cocktails at seven different bars.
