Over the Food & Wine Classic’s 34 years in Aspen, countless bottles of wine have been consumed, with many of those pours coming from regions like España Verde, the Duero River Valley, and the Mediterranean Coast. That’s because the Classic’s longest continuous wine sponsor, celebrating 25 years this June, is Wines from Spain.
