Lead with Love, the Aspen nonprofit that promotes conscious leadership and workplace well-being, presents its third annual Leadership Summit at Aspen Meadows this Thursday, October 25, through Sunday, October 28. Immersive in nature, the summit offers four jam-packed days of inspired discussions and presentations centered around the concepts of social impact and business for good, along with yoga, meditation, and nourishing food and refreshments.

How to navigate the array of programming and sessions led by 60 presenters, including Whole Foods CEO and Co-Founder John Mackey, Harvard Medical School professor of neurology Dr. Rudolph Tanzi, yogi Rod Stryker, and Olympic snowboard medalist Gretchen Bleiler? Read on for our highlights.

Set the vibe
On arrival, you'll be given a bracelet from company Bali Mala and a marigold. In the Buddhist tradition, you can set an intention with your flower and add it to a communal shrine.  You are also welcome to bring an object or write an intention to place on the shrine. Marigolds will hang from the ceiling of the Doerr-Hosier Center  to maintain the open vibe and good intentions.

Make a difference
The Aspen Skiing Company will activate its new Give a Flake marketing campaign in the on-site vendor village all weekend; sign a postcard advocating for climate change action and send it to a member of Congress on the spot.

1% for the Love
Inspired by campaigns like Patagonia's 1% for the Planet, Lead with Love's new 1% for the Love outreach raises funds for programming like yoga in the workplace, scholarships for the annual summit, and online training sessions that feature top business leaders and yogis.

Free community programs
Several sessions each day are free and include yoga with the Urban Yogis (out of Queens), sound healings, a workshop on creating your own shrine or altar, a session on mindful finance with Local/Maker + Place co-owner Candice Carpenter Olson, and singing with multi-generational group Aspen Noise.

An afternoon of Conscious Capitalism
This Friday afternoon of high-level speakers includes John Mackey, the CEO of Whole Foods, and Raj Sisodia, co-founder with Mackey of Conscious Capitalism, delivering two keynote talks centered around the idea of bringing a different energy to business interactions. Also presenting are Bob Chapman,  chairman and CEO of St. Louis–based Barry-Wehmiller, a $2.5 billion global manufacturing business with 11,000 team members, and Lynne Twist, who founded the Soul of Money Institute. At 1 p.m. Lead With Love introduces the first local chapter of Conscious Capitalism, igniting a launch pad for Roaring Fork Valley businesses to take action and join the movement.

Kids Camp
A camp for third through eighth graders takes place Friday and Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Activities include time outside, art, yoga, meditation, and new ways to move, breathe, self-regulate, and build confidence. Aspen Youth Center wants all young ones to have the opportunity to participate, so it is giving away a two-day camp pass to two lucky kids. Contact [email protected] to learn more. Lead with Love is also providing Kids Camp scholarships. Apply on the website.

Gypsy Kings revival
Featuring members of the original band, House of the Gipsies will deliver an energetic evening of music at Belly Up Aspen on Saturday night ($40 GA, bellyupaspen.com). The musicians will also lead a panel, with Life-Force Academy Founder Jai Dev Singh, on the healing power of music (Thursday, 5:30–6:15 p.m.)

Tickets: $200 to attend the Conscious Capitalism Afternoon of Conversation; $300 for a one-day pass; $950 for a four-day pass; $1000 for a transferable four-day pass.
