They have quietly inspired unprecedented levels of giving to Aspen Valley Hospital’s $178 million Master Facilities Plan and have raised more than two-thirds of their $60 million capital campaign goal as of this writing. When we asked the Foundation’s President and CEO, Deborah Breen, about the success to date, she credits the entire team of employees, board members, physicians, and volunteers standing behind her every step of the way. She notes that they are the heart of the hospital, carrying out the mission of providing extraordinary care to all in need—a mission the hospital has embraced for more than 125 years.
