Kith, the New York City sneaker mecca and lifestyle brand, pops up shop in Aspen for the winter. The conceptual space, designed by avant-garde design firm and longtime Kith collaborator Snarkitecture, will stock hard-to-find and limited-edition Nikes, Asics, Adidas, and more. Kathryn Penn Fine Jewelry

After a brief hiatus, longtime local jeweler Kathryn Penn returns with a pop-up for the season. The store in Caribou Alley showcases her original designs as well as pieces from Vivaan, Andreoli, and estate finds. Shopkeepers frequently come and go, but Heidi Semrau kept her feet firmly planted on East Hopkins Avenue since 1997 at her beloved boutique, Distractions. Now she’s handed over the keys to Meg and Armand Margjeka, owners of the popular Birmingham, Alabama–based store Etc.... Frequent visitors to Aspen, the Margjekas plan to continue Semrau’s legacy, keeping the same management and a similar mix of well-edited collections from indie designers like Libertine and Greg Lauren. New York-based Valentina Kova—a celebrity cult favorite for its luxury wovens and knitwear—has headed west for a “Winter Residence” in the former Fendi space.
