May is National Bike Month and there’s no better way to celebrate than by taking WE-cycle up on their new offer for a free season pass. In partnership with the City of Aspen, the bike share nonprofit has launched a new “Drive Less Pass” campaign, which aims to encourage the community to do just that—and reduce the horrible high season traffic coming into and around Aspen while they’re at it.

Available to Roaring Fork Valley residents who either work or live in Aspen, the program commences on June 1 and is as easy as taking the pledge online and selecting a WE-cycle season pass as your perk. Additional pledge perks—an RFTA value card, car2go membership fee waiver, and carwash coupons—will launch in June. Plus, pledge takers are automatically entered into the Drive Less program's weekly prize drawings and a Denver getaway as a grand prize.

Down valley workers or residents, don’t worry: you too can score a free season pass by taking the Climate Action Pledge—a promise to leave your car behind at least one day a week this summer. Honoring Eagle County and the Town of Basalt’s recent adoption of the Climate Action Plan, it’s available to all residents within the two city and county limits.

Just a frequent visitor? A WE-cycle regular season pass is available for $50 and includes unlimited 60-minute system-wide rides through November 1. we-cycle.org
