Fuel your workout—or your work at home—with this tasty and satisfying snack.

Ever since the COVID-19 quarantine began, we’ve been snacking like it’s our job—anything salty, sweet, crunchy, and, ideally, with chocolate. Yet we also know that not all snacks are created equal, whether nutritionally or for ease of taking it with you. That’s why these bars from Colorado-based Honey Stinger—with layers of sea salt–sprinkled multigrain crackers, nut butter, and, of course, honey, all covered in chocolate—have become a grab-and-go staple.

Each organic bar delivers a satisfying serving of fats and proteins (220 calories, 12 grams fat, 11 grams sugar, and 5 grams protein in the Peanut Butter Milk Chocolate variety), the perfect amount for refueling at the top of a long skin or hike or after a bike ride. What’s more, this particular flavor takes us back to first-grade snack time, when soda crackers, peanut butter, and chocolate milk were the ultimate in kiddie epicurean delights; Honey Stinger’s version is even better than we remember, with just the right mix of chocolate, nut butter, honey, and crunchiness. The bars also come in Almond Butter Dark Chocolate and Cashew Butter Milk Chocolate. A “job” never tasted so good.

Buy a box of 12 for $26.40. Honey Stinger products are also available at many local grocery and gear stores.
