An archetypal burger (akin to Ajax Tavern’s double-stacked) with two grass-fed beef patties adorned with American cheese, bacon, butter lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, crisp pickle chips, and Sundeck Special Sauce served on a brioche bun. 

Merry-Go-Round Boomerang Burger 

Aspen Highlands

Locally raised, grass-fed beef patties decked out with pastrami bacon, onion rings, pepper jack cheese, spicy BBQ sauce, and LTO, all happily stacked between two grilled cheese sandwiches. 

Big Cliff

Bahn Mi Buttermilk

An extension of the Cliffhouse’s Asian cuisine, this banh mi-style burger includes two locally raised, grass-fed beef patties and Asian BBQ pork belly layered with Vietnamese marinade, house-pickled vegetables, and kimchi sriracha mayonnaise served on a brioche bun.

Lodge Burger Buttermilk 

Locally sourced double beef patties are served on a brioche bun along with provolone, crisped pancetta, and a house-made balsamic tomato jam.

Elk Camp Bacon Cheeseburger

This hearty, locally raised, grass-fed beef cheeseburger is all dressed up with candied bacon and a roasted garlic caramelized onion marmalade, topped with lettuce, charred tomatoes, house-made Boursin cheese and served on a brioche bun.

Triple meat meets triple cheese on this diner-style, locally grown, grass-fed beef burger served with the classic fixings, including LTO and homemade special sauce on a brioche bun. 

High Alpine Haus Burger

This Bavarian-style burger, served on a toasted pretzel bun, includes two patties of grass-fed beef (raised just down the road), plus sliced pastrami, Swiss cheese, kraut, and a healthy dollop of in-house Thousand Island sauce.
