Founded by noted chef José Andrés after the 2010 earthquake that ravaged Haiti, World Central Kitchen now consists of a group of chefs creating smart solutions to hunger and poverty. The dinner created by Chef Jimmy Nadell helped raise money for Puerto Rican children.
