Since 1997, we’re a full-service catering company for events of two to 2,000: birthdays and bar mitzvahs to weddings and corporate retreats. Thomas Jaggi, our Swiss executive chef for 25 years, makes amazing European and Alpine food. We’re barbecue caterers with mobile smokers at the Snowmass Rodeo for 14 years. Our passionate, dedicated, and talented private chefs prepare scratch meals in your home or for delivery. We’re small enough to give personal service, but not so big that there’s smoke and mirrors.
WHAT’S YOUR SPECIALTY CUISINE?
We’re known for Colorado mountain fare using locally sourced ingredients—trout, elk, Olathe sweet corn, Palisade peaches. Our clients have traveled around the world and expect creativity in casual or elegant meals: Tuscan feast, Southwest breakfast, Asian night.
WHY THE NAME?
We solve catering conundrums! (And I lived in the Conundrum Creek valley when starting the business.) We’re resourceful and well-connected. Have an oddball place to throw a party—by a lake, in a field? We’ll make it happen no matter what curveballs are thrown. The show’s gotta go on, and my crew knows that.
