Since 1996, JAS has donated over $7.5 million to music education in the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond. JAS Local Education Initiatives complement existing public school music programs and replace programs where schools suffer losses due to budget cuts. Programs include private music lessons, instrument donations, classroom assistance from local musicians, field trips, scholarships, summer camps, Honor Jazz programs, and more.
