Snowcat Dinners are back this season to take you mid-mountain for an unforgettable evening of peaks-to-plate flavors and sweeping alpine views.
What’s new this season?
Public on-mountain dinners are offered at both Aspen Highlands and Snowmass. Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro channels authentic European Alpine culture with the Maroon Bells as a backdrop, and The Cabin offers rustic mid-mountain charm on Snowmass.
What can I expect?
Snowcats glide through crips winter air to cozy cabins alive with alpine-inspired cuisine. Think fondue, lobster minestrone, caviar, Champagne, and cheesecake as the sun sets over the mountains.
