We’re seeing a blend of both lifestyle and investment-driven buyers. Many clients are relocating from larger cities in search of a healthier, more grounded environment to raise their families—drawn by Aspen’s top-ranked schools and close-knit community.

At the same time, buyers are investing in generational properties — homes that
offer long-term value and a place to create lasting memories.
