Maryanne and Harley Sefton, Aspen locals, had a vision to create a dining destination that truly captured the spirit of the town. With no prior hospitality experience, they embarked on a journey to bring together a talented team and build a restaurant that celebrates local ingredients, warm hospitality, and the unique charm of Aspen.
